Return and Exchange Policy

Returns or exchanges of a product are a right for all our customers, and this applies to all products we offer in our store.

All products available in our store are subject to the exchange and refund policy according to the terms and conditions outlined on this page.

Returns or exchanges can be made if the product is in its original condition at the time of purchase and packaged in its original packaging.

• Returns within three (3) days and exchanges within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

Please contact us via the “Contact Us” page or via our phone numbers to request a return or exchange.

Please take a photo and send the product along with the city, address, and order number specified so it can be replaced with another product if the product is damaged, has a defect, or is not used in accordance with the agreement.

The amount will be fully refunded to the customer if the product they received is completely different from the product presented on our website.

We are not responsible for the customer’s expectations regarding the use of the products that were not mentioned on the product page of our website.

A deduction of 30% will be made if the customer no longer wants the product and the product has no defects or issues as mentioned.
